A vision…
Sussed Out Suspension is owned and run by brothers Will & Toby Thomas.
It was their vision that created a dedicated mountain bike shop and suspension service centre here in the East of England where most people considered it pointless due to the flat and unassuming landscape of East Anglia.
What most people didn’t realise is that East Anglia has a large community of die hard mountain bikers who enjoy riding the local trails and putting their bikes through their paces like the pros! Moreoever, these MTB fanatics are prepared to travel to source the best trails on offer whether it be London, Wales, Scotland or The Alps and other far reaches of the globe!
Sussed Out was created to offer these riders the highest level of technical support for their MTB’s and the latest products on offer from some of the best brands in the cycle industry.

Here at Sussed Out, we offer a wealth of suspension experience and an all out passion for MTB.
Toby has been specialising in the diagnostics, servicing, modification and repairs of a wide range of applications for over 20 years. With extensive experience in the motorcycle and bicycle industries as well as a seasoned Gravity Enduro & XC MTB racer, he is perfectly placed to offer you the highest level of technical suspension support.
Like Toby, Wills background comes from motorcycle suspension as well as riding and racing BMX, MTB & MX since a young age. Still competing in EWS level events, Will is a competent racer and freerider but concentrates on the sales & marketing side of the industry. Will is known for his excellent customer service and knowledge of available parts and the logistics of getting them to you quickly.
George joined the team and added another 15 years of industry experience. Having worked for Ride Fox in Wales as well as a host of other technical bike shops, he fits like a glove to the team.
Between all of us you can be guaranteed of a friendly, knowledgeable service and complete satisfaction when dealing with all things to do with your MTB!

Sussed Out has a purpose built workshop especially for suspension servicing and working on MTB’s.
We pride ourselves on working is as cleaner environment as possible which ensures precision when working with the most detailed suspension components. It has all the latest suspension specific tooling, oils and spare parts to undertake most suspension related tasks and this guarantees you fast turnarounds on all suspension jobs.
The workshop at Sussed Out is also geared up to tackle all your MTB related tasks from basic bike servicing to bleeding brakes, tubeless tyre conversions, bottom bracket and headset checks/replacement, wheel bearing upgrades etc etc. Call in and let us see how we can help you.
We specialise in Ohlins, Fox & Rockshox suspension servicing being able to offer full services on forks and shocks. We are UK dealers for Mondraker, Yeti & Evil bikes.
